Hearths and exterior elements ship in about fifteen production days. The six-week window lines up with most rough-in schedules.

GFRC is glass-fiber reinforced concrete: a cast stone formulation reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibers. At 11,000 PSI, our blend tests stronger than most architectural concrete but stays workable enough to cast crisp profile detail by hand. The result is a non-combustible, fire-rated surround with the weight, grain, and finish of natural limestone.

Every standard model resizes to your opening — width, height, depth, and finish, all dialed in to fit. For deeper changes (profile edits, new motifs, fully bespoke design), the Custom Projects program picks up where the standard collection ends.

Yes. Approved trade partners get 10% off published list on every standard model. Volume and custom projects are quoted per project, often beyond 10% depending on scope. Architects, designers, and builders apply once (under a minute, 24-hour response) and get a single point of contact through specification, fabrication, and delivery.

Yes. We ship cast stone surrounds nationwide on the standard six-week lead time. In-person installation is included for projects across Oregon and Washington. Outside that radius, we crate and ship to your installer with detailed installation drawings, a finish kit, and direct phone support throughout the install.
